Prodigy LAB is an e-commerce and creative studio serving entrepreneurs worldwide. The website and services are provided by Platonaire LLC, registered in the State of California, USA.

2.What data we collect

We only collect what we need to contact you and deliver our service:

• Contact details you provide yourself: name, email address, phone number — through website forms as well as through lead forms in Meta ads (Facebook and Instagram).
• Your message: comments and any description of your task or niche that you add to your request.
• Messenger and chat conversations: messages you send us via WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram Direct, Facebook Messenger or the on-site chat — including through the "Message us" / "Message the assistant" buttons and our chat assistant, ProdigyBot. We keep the conversation history so we can reply and follow up on your request.
• Technical data: cookies, IP address, device and browser type, and the pages you visited — collected automatically through analytics tools to understand how the site performs.

We do not request and do not knowingly collect payment details, ID documents or other sensitive information through website forms.

3.How we use your data

We use the information we receive for the following purposes:

• to contact you and run a free audit or review of your project;
• to prepare and send a proposal, quote or helpful materials at your request;
• to answer your questions and support you throughout our work together;
• to improve our website, services and ad materials based on anonymized statistics.

• email and lead-storage services — to contact you and manage correspondence;
• messengers (WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, Facebook Messenger) — receiving and managing conversations; WhatsApp and Messenger are owned by Meta Platforms and process messages under their own terms;
• the on-site chat service (Chatwoot) — receiving and storing messages sent through the ProdigyBot chat assistant.

These companies process data in accordance with their own privacy policies. We may also disclose information where required by law.

5.Data storage and protection

We keep your data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, or until you ask us to delete it. Access is limited to studio staff who need it for their work.

We take reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect data from unauthorized access, loss or disclosure. That said, no method of transmitting data over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

6.Your rights

With respect to your personal data, you have the right to:

• request what data about you we hold;
• correct inaccurate or outdated data;
• ask us to fully delete your data from our systems;
