Your customer wrote at 11pm. Who answered?
Most enquiries are lost to silence, not to price. ProdigyBot replies in about four seconds, around the clock, on Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook Messenger and your website — in the language the customer wrote in — qualifies the enquiry, works the usual objections, and hands you the conversation when a human is genuinely needed.
Pilot fee credited into the Sales setup · plans from $600 + $290/mo
Where the enquiries actually go
Nights, weekends, lunch breaks
People write when they are free, which is exactly when nobody is at the desk. By morning they have messaged three competitors and bought from one.
The same five questions, forever
Price, availability, delivery, how it works, do you serve my area. Your team answers them all day instead of closing anything.
Messages scattered across apps
Instagram here, WhatsApp there, the website form in an inbox nobody opens. Enquiries do not get rejected — they get lost.
What the bot actually does
Not a menu of buttons. A trained assistant that knows your offer, your prices and your rules, and talks like a member of your team.
Answers in about 4 seconds, 24/7
The gap between "I'm interested" and a reply is where most sales die. That gap closes.
Five channels, one assistant
Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook Messenger and your website — the same knowledge everywhere.
Understands voice messages
Customers who prefer to talk get answered too, without anyone transcribing anything.
Replies in the customer's language
Whoever writes to you gets an answer in the language they used, without you hiring for it.
Qualifies and works objections
Finds out what they need, what they are ready to spend and when, and handles the usual "too expensive" or "I'll think about it".
Hands over with full history
Complex cases go to a person with the whole conversation attached — nobody asks the customer to start again.
What we will not pretend
CRM, calendar, Shopify and payment integrations are configured during onboarding, which takes one to two weeks — they are not live on day one. The bot answers from the start; the plumbing behind it is built while it does. We say this before you pay rather than after.
Plans
Setup fee once, then monthly. Minimum term is 3 months, because a bot needs a few weeks of real conversations before it is at its best.
Start — $600 + $290/mo
Instagram, website and FAQ. Lead capture. Up to 500 conversations a month. The entry point if you mostly need the questions answered and the contact details saved.
Sales — $1,200 + $590/mo
All five channels, voice messages, automatic language, AI qualification, CRM, calendar, follow-up and Shopify. Up to 1,500 conversations a month. The plan most businesses end up on.
Business — $2,200 + $990/mo
Everything in Sales plus invoices, contracts, Square payments in chat, multiple teams and custom scenarios. From 3,000 conversations a month.
The small print, up front
A 14-day pilot is $600 and is credited into the Sales setup if you continue. Extra conversations are $75 per block of 500. Minimum term 3 months. Meta and WhatsApp platform fees are passed through at cost with no markup. Full pricing across our services is on the pricing page.
Try it on your own customers first: 14 days, your real channels, your real enquiries. If you continue, the $600 is credited into the Sales setup. If you do not, you still learned exactly how many messages you were missing.

We learn your business
Offer, prices, rules, what you never want said. Your existing chats are the best training material.
Channels connected
Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger, website widget — whichever ones your plan covers.
Onboarding, 1–2 weeks
CRM, calendar, Shopify and payments configured while the bot is already answering.
You read the transcripts
Every conversation is visible. We tune the answers based on what real customers ask.
Who this is for
A good fit
- Customers write to you in DMs and messengers, not only through a form.
- You answer the same handful of questions every day and reply late more often than you would like.
- You want the enquiry qualified before it reaches a person.
Not a fit yet
- Barely anyone is writing to you — get traffic and enquiries first, then automate the answering.
- You need broader process automation rather than a sales conversation — see AI automation.
- You want a promised number of extra sales. We do not sell that, and neither should anyone else.
Questions owners actually ask
What does an AI sales chatbot cost?
Start is $600 setup plus $290 a month and covers Instagram, your website and FAQ with lead capture, up to 500 conversations a month. Sales is $1,200 plus $590 a month across all five channels with voice, automatic language, AI qualification, CRM, calendar, follow-up and Shopify, up to 1,500 conversations. Business is $2,200 plus $990 a month and adds invoices, contracts, Square payments in chat, multiple teams and custom scenarios, from 3,000 conversations. Extra blocks of 500 conversations are $75. Minimum term is 3 months.
Can I try it before committing?
Yes. There is a 14-day pilot for $600, and that fee is credited into the Sales setup if you continue. You see it answering your real customers on your own channels before you sign up for a plan.
Is everything working on day one?
No, and we would rather say so plainly. The bot starts answering quickly, but CRM, calendar, Shopify and payment integrations are configured during onboarding, which takes one to two weeks. Anyone telling you a chatbot is fully wired into your systems on the first day is selling you the demo, not the product.
What happens when the bot cannot answer?
It hands the conversation to a human with the full history attached, so your team reads what was already said instead of asking the customer to repeat themselves. Complex, unusual or sensitive cases are meant to reach a person — the bot's job is to make sure they reach one fast and warm rather than cold and hours later.
Which languages and channels does it work in?
It works on Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook Messenger and your website, understands voice messages, and replies in the language the customer wrote in. Meta and WhatsApp platform fees are passed through to you at cost, with no markup from us.
