The store is live. The orders aren't coming. Rebuild the part that's failing.
A redesign shouldn't be a new coat of paint on the same problem. We rebuild the store around how your buyers actually move — what they read, what they doubt, where they quit — and we do it on a copy of your theme so nothing on the live store breaks while we work.

Signs your store needs a rebuild, not another app
Traffic arrives and evaporates
Sessions look healthy, the cart doesn't. The page isn't answering the question the visitor came with, so they leave to check a competitor and don't come back.
The phone version is an afterthought
It was designed on a desktop and squeezed down. Buttons land under a thumb by accident, the gallery jumps, checkout takes three tries.
Years of patches piled on top
Twelve apps, three abandoned sections, custom code from a freelancer nobody can reach. Every small change now costs more than it should.
What we actually rebuild
Not a fresh theme demo — the specific parts of the store where buyers hesitate.
Product pages
The page that decides the sale: gallery, variants, price framing, delivery, returns, and the objections nobody wrote down.
Navigation and collections
How someone with a vague idea of what they want gets to the right product in two moves instead of five.
Homepage and offer
Who you're for, what you sell, why you and not the cheaper option — above the fold, in plain language.
Speed and app cleanup
Old apps, leftover scripts and oversized images removed, so the store stops paying a loading tax on every visit.
Mobile experience
Rebuilt on the phone first, then adapted upward — the reverse of how it was probably done originally.
Tracking and integrations
Pixel, analytics, email and the tools you already pay for, reconnected so the numbers you decide on are correct.
Your live store keeps running
We work on a duplicate of your theme inside your own Shopify account. Orders, customers and products carry on as normal, you review the new version on a preview link, and the switch happens in one step when you say go. URLs are kept or redirected.
How the rebuild runs
We look at the numbers
Analytics, ad data and the store itself, to find where people actually stop.
Scope and fixed quote
What gets rebuilt, what stays, one price and one date, agreed in writing.
Build on a copy
New design and structure on a duplicate theme. You review on a preview link.
Switch and measure
Go live in one step, tracking verified, so the before and after are comparable.
What a rebuild costs
The Growth rebuild: an existing store with up to 100 products, custom design, integrations and conversion work, in 3–4 weeks. Bigger or more unusual rebuilds are Custom, from $9,900. A single campaign landing page is $1,900 in 7 days. Everything is on the pricing page.
Talk about your storeWho this is for
A good fit
- The store is live, gets traffic, and converts worse than you expected.
- You're spending on ads into a store you don't fully trust.
- You want the rebuild aimed at evidence, not at taste.
Stores we've built or worked on include HealthHustle Academy, Set4Pets, Petalia and KONDRA.
Questions before you commit
How much does a Shopify redesign cost?
The Growth rebuild is $5,900 for an existing store with up to 100 products: custom design, integrations and conversion work, delivered in 3–4 weeks. Bigger or more complex rebuilds are Custom, from $9,900. A single campaign landing page is $1,900 in 7 days. The number is fixed before we start.
Will I lose my orders, customers or SEO?
No. The rebuild happens on a copy of the theme inside your own store, so orders, customers and product data are untouched while we work. URLs stay where they are or get redirected, and the switch to the new design happens in one step once you've signed it off.
Do I need an audit before the redesign?
Not always, but it's the safer order. The $495 Growth Diagnostic tells you which parts of the store are actually losing money, so the rebuild is aimed at something. If you order a project within 30 days, the $495 is credited toward it.
Can you keep our existing theme instead of replacing it?
Often yes. If the theme is well built and up to date, rebuilding the pages, structure and product templates inside it is faster and cheaper than switching. If the theme is the reason the store is slow or unfixable on mobile, we'll say so and explain why.
Do you guarantee the redesign increases sales?
No, and treat anyone who does with suspicion. We guarantee the price, the deadline and the scope: a store built around how buyers actually move through it, measured properly so you can see what changed.
