E-commerce Consulting · starts at $495

Someone to think the store through with, before you spend the money

Most store owners don't lack effort. They lack a second opinion. Every month brings a new app, a new channel, a new freelancer with an opinion — and no one whose job it is to say "not that, this, and here's why". That's what this is.

The problem isn't information. It's deciding.

Too many opinions, no ranking

A course says email, an agency says TikTok, a friend says the site is fine. All plausible. None of them ranked against your actual numbers.

You're the bottleneck

Every decision, from a supplier to a discount code, waits for you. Contractors sit idle. The important work slides to next month again.

The same lesson, paid for twice

Nothing is written down, so a decision made in March gets unmade in July by whoever joined last, and the budget goes back into a channel you already ruled out.

What we work on together

Commercial and operational decisions inside the store. Not motivation, not a course, not a dashboard you'll never open.

Priorities for the next 90 days

One short list of what actually moves, and an explicit list of what you're choosing not to do.

Offer and pricing structure

What you sell, how it's bundled, what the entry product is and what the repeat purchase looks like.

Where the money goes

Channels, budgets and apps reviewed against what they return — and the ones to cut.

Conversion and follow-up

What happens between interest and payment, and what happens to everyone who didn't buy today.

Team and contractors

Who should be doing what, what to brief out, and how to check the work without becoming the bottleneck.

Tools and automation

Which of the manual work is worth automating — and which "AI solution" you can safely skip.

What this is not

We advise on the commercial side of running an online store. We do not give legal, tax, accounting or investment advice — for those, talk to a licensed professional. And we don't promise revenue figures: anyone selling you a number is selling you a story.

How the engagement runs

01

Intro call

Where the business is, what's stuck, and whether we're the right people for it.

02

$495 diagnostic

The full review of store, ads, tracking and funnel — the shared factual base we work from.

03

Scope the rhythm

How often we meet, what we own, what your team owns. Quoted once, in writing.

04

Regular calls, written decisions

Numbers reviewed, next actions agreed, every decision recorded so it isn't relitigated later.

Who this is for

A good fit

  • You already sell online and have real numbers to look at.
  • You make the decisions and you're tired of making them alone.
  • You want the reasoning, not just the deliverable — so your team can repeat it.

Not a fit yet

Clients we work with include HealthHustle Academy, Set4Pets, Petalia and KONDRA.

Start with the diagnostic, not with a retainer

$495

We won't quote an ongoing scope before we know what's in it. So every engagement opens with the Growth Diagnostic — and it's credited toward any project you order within 30 days. Lighter first steps: the free AI scan, then the $99 Website Action Plan. Full price list on the pricing page.

Questions owners actually ask

What does e-commerce consulting cost?

Every engagement starts with the $495 Growth Diagnostic, which is credited toward any project you order within 30 days. The ongoing scope, rhythm and fee are quoted after that, once we both know what the store actually needs. We don't sell a retainer before knowing what's in it.

How is consulting different from just hiring you to build?

Building is execution on an agreed scope, at a fixed price and a fixed date — like the $2,900 Launch or the $5,900 Growth store. Consulting is the layer above it: deciding what's worth building at all, what to spend on, what to stop, and in what order. Many owners need the second more than the first.

Do you take over the store and run it for me?

No. You stay the owner and the decision maker. We work with your accounts, your team and your suppliers, and we can bring in our own build, ads or automation work when a decision needs executing — but nothing is moved out of your control.

Do you advise on legal, tax or financing questions?

No. We advise on the commercial and operational side of an online store: offers, pricing structure, traffic, conversion, follow-up and priorities. For legal, tax, accounting or financing questions, talk to a licensed professional in that field.

Will consulting grow my revenue?

We don't promise growth or any revenue figure, and we wouldn't believe anyone who did. What consulting reliably changes is the quality and the speed of your decisions — and a written record of what you decided and why, so you stop paying twice for the same lesson.
